Fixing the Vagus Nerve, Hearing Loss and more

Whether or not you had COVID, this practice will help. I am experiencing ear issues and hearing loss so the Vagus Nerve plays a part in it.

For ten + years as a rock musician, I thought I might have damaged my hearing. Music was loud onstage, and even rehearsing, of course.

ALSO getting up and moving around will also help. And humming....

This week, I am getting a standing desk to break my habit of sitting too long. Editors can forget how time flies, and I do sit long periods. REALLY LONG periods.

We just returned from a trip to the Seneca reservation in New York state and I was so happy to find an AMISH vendor along the New York Thruway so I bought some precious honey. I try and do this every year.

Years ago when I was driving east to work in Connecticut, I stopped in Amish territory in Pennsylvania and picked up a few books on the Amish. How they live, etc. and how they resist all modern tech, using Horse and buggy, etc.

Youtube has a really good video on Epsom salt that they Amish use on aches and pains, etc. I am always looking for methods to heal and treat pain and illness.
